Password Requirements
• Minimum 12 characters
• Must include 3 of 4:
- Uppercase (A–Z)
- Lowercase (a–z)
- Numbers (0–9)
- Special characters (e.g., !, $, #, %)
• Cannot include your name or username
• Cannot match any of your last 10 passwords
• No repeating the same character 3 times
• Max 3 changes in 24 hours (includes IS resets)
If you've followed all the requirements but still can't update your password, call the IS Service Center at 513-569-5100 opt 2.
